Program ManagerEducation

The Dean reports to Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs (the University's chief academic officer) and serves as a member of the Council of Deans.
The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate, a strong record of collaborative senior-level organizational leadership, significant experience in academic administration, and demonstrated business and marketing expertise. Assistant Dean of CE Marketing and E-communications

The Division of Continuing Education (CE) at the University of Missouri–St. Louis seeks candidates
for the position of Assistant Dean of CE Marketing and E-communications. The assistant dean provides
leadership and directs the marketing efforts for CE. The primary goal is to enhance CE’s image among
external and internal audiences and gain increased enrollments in CE programs. Duties include: lead
market research projects and interpret data for program planning and campaign creation; create and
administer strategic, results-oriented marketing plans; manage marketing campaigns from development
to final output, including direct mail, print materials, Web sites, advertising, press releases, PR packages,
and e-communications; manage CRM activities; and supervise a professional staff.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in marketing or a related field, 3 to 5 years marketing experience,
and 3 to 5 years management experience. Experience in a university or educational environment is desirable.
This is a 12-month position; salary is commensurate with academic credentials and related experience.
