How to Place an Ad

Online Ads

UCEA offers online job recruitment advertisement on its website. Online advertisements are for employment opportunities only. Ads are posted online within 2-3 business days of receipt. The ad remains posted for at least two months. To submit an ad, please use our online form: http://ucea.wufoo.com/forms/job-recruitment-ad-submission-form/

Rates

Member advertising rates:

$175 for 250 words
$275 for 251-450 words
$425 for 451-650 words

Non-member rates are

$250 for 250 words
$350 for 251-450 words
$525 for 451-650 words

Submitting an ad that exceeds 650 words will result in an additional charge.

InFocus Ads

You may choose to also have the advertisement printed in UCEA's award-winning newsletter, InFocus, for no extra charge. InFocus reports on innovative programming at institutions across the country; trends in continuing and part-time education; resources for continuing higher education professionals; professional development opportunities; changes in continuing higher education personnel, and federal legislation affecting continuing education operations. It is published 10 times a year.

Camera-Ready Art

If you choose to also have the advertisement printed in InFocus, you may submit camera-ready art. Artwork for camera-ready copy should be sized as follows:

Quarter-page: (w) 3.7" x (h) 4.6"
Half-page: (w) 7.6" x (h) 4.6"
Full-page: (w) 7.6" x (h) 9.4"

Camera-ready ads should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF. Please email artwork to kgilligan at ucea.edu.

Color

InFocus prints in black and blue (PMS 653). Use of PMS is free to advertisers for camera ready copy if color breaks are provided.

Logo (Print Ads only)

If you'd like UCEA to place your logo in the upper left-hand corner of your InFocus ad (space allowing), please email a black and white copy of your logo to kgilligan at ucea.edu in TIFF or high resolution PDF format.
