UCEA.edu: Professional Development: Modules: Adult Learning and Instructor Development

This overview course provides an awareness of adult learning needs and styles. Using that awareness as a base, the session moves on to provide ways in which a continuing higher education institution may develop training for its own instructor cadre. The course is designed for new and continuing practitioners of continuing education who see both students and instructors as their clients and want to enhance the delivery of effective education and training to each of them.
